Ready to book your session at your location? You can contact me directly to schedule your next sound bath or yoga class.
Group sessions are available for up to 10 participants. Pricing is tailored to your session and venue requirements. Please get in touch to discuss your booking and arrange an initial venue visit to carry out a risk assessment before receiving a personalised quote.
Important information
Cancellation Policy
For both yoga classes and crystal sound bath sessions, cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the session, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
If Reset with Eileen needs to cancel a session for any reason, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date.
Sound Bath Disclaimer
Crystal sound baths are deeply restorative experiences designed to support relaxation and wellbeing; however, they may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult with your healthcare professional before attending if any of the following apply to you:
- Pregnancy (sound baths are not recommended during the first trimester)
- Epilepsy or a history of seizures
- Pacemakers or certain implanted medical devices
- Metal implants within the body
- Sensitivity to sound, vibration, or loud frequencies
- Severe mental health conditions or any serious medical concerns
Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing during sessions and are encouraged to listen to their bodies and rest as needed. Sound baths are intended to support relaxation and wellbeing but are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or professional healthcare advice.
Yoga Disclaimer
Please inform me before class if you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, so that appropriate modifications can be offered where possible.
All participants are encouraged to move within their own comfort and ability. By attending classes, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own discretion and responsibility.
