Discover the story behind Reset With Eileen

Hi, I’m Eileen. I create carefully held crystal sound bath and yoga experiences where people are invited to pause, rest, and reset within demanding modern environments.

My practice sits at the intersection of art, care, and structured wellbeing — creating welcoming spaces for rest, reflection, movement, and reconnection within professional, educational, and community settings.

With over 20 years of experience in higher education as a photography lecturer, alongside five years working as a Disability Liaison Tutor while at the University of Westminster, I developed a deep understanding of cognitive load, pressure, and the importance of accessible wellbeing support within educational and professional environments.

Alongside my work in higher education, I have worked as a portrait photographic artist for three decades, collaborating with communities and institutions through creative and socially engaged practice.

Through both personal experience and my work as a yoga facilitator, I have come to understand the importance of intentional rest, mindful movement, and nervous system care. My approach brings together crystal sound baths, yoga, creativity, and mindfulness to create grounded and restorative experiences that support wellbeing in meaningful and accessible ways.

I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Fierce Grace in 2022 and began working as a freelance yoga instructor with Energy Fitness in Archway. In 2024, I worked with Beam Academy as a children’s yoga teacher, primarily in nurseries with children aged from walking to five years old and primary school age.

This experience profoundly shaped my teaching practice, encouraging me to bring greater playfulness, curiosity, and freedom into my adult classes. I now teach on a freelance basis for Virgin Active and have regular classes at Mayfair, Strand, Bank and Angel Islington and have also delivered community yoga classes for Hurdles2Hoops CIC charity.

I hope that those attending my yoga classes feel able to reconnect with their inner child and sense of play. For me, yoga is not about achieving the “perfect” posture, but about creating a space where people can feel less self-conscious, more present, and safe to move with ease and curiosity.

Crystal sound baths are a central part of my practice. I begin each session with grounding breathwork to help participants settle into the space before being immersed in the calming sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls. Members attending my sound bath sessions at Virgin Active have shared many positive experiences, inspiring me to continue bringing crystal sound baths into workplaces, community settings, and wellbeing spaces across London.

I feel very lucky to be teaching yoga in my 50s, and through teaching at Virgin Active, I have found a great love for playing the singing bowls. I used to play the violin from age 7 to 16, and now I feel that I am able to tap into that side of myself, as well as move my body most days with others. How lucky am I!

Transforming lives through rest and movement

After a sound bath, I want you to feel relaxed and chilled out. After yoga, I want you to feel like you’ve had a safe space to explore your body and also have time to rest in Savasana. My aim is for every client to experience a profound sense of peace and rejuvenation, enabling them to navigate demanding environments with greater ease and playfulness.
